Free to ask. The name, links and full numbers come after a quick review of your inquiry.
A finished poker coaching app with AI built in, live on both app stores since February 2026. Players review hands and get coaching, and subscriptions are already set up.
The AI runs through a secure server function, so no API keys ship inside the app. Android and older iOS versions need a store update to restore AI features; the update is built.
It is early stage. This is a sale of the finished build and the live store listings, priced for a buyer who wants to grow it. Full user, subscriber and revenue figures are shared with serious buyers after an inquiry.
Every figure shows when it was true and where it came from. Buyers get access to verify them before closing.
Two short steps, about a minute. A real person reads every answer.
So the staff, the clients, and the landlord don't hear the business is for sale before a deal is real. Every listing here is blind: the area, rounded numbers, and what is included. You get the name, the full financials, and a call with the owner after you sign a short confidentiality agreement.
A real person reads every inquiry. If your answers fit what the owner is looking for, we send you the confidentiality agreement within one business day. Once it is signed, you get the details and talk with the owner directly. If it is not a fit yet, we tell you that too.
Often, yes. Most small business sales use seller financing or an SBA loan. With seller financing you pay part of the price up front and the rest in monthly payments to the owner, out of what the business earns. Each listing shows the down payment its owner will take.
The price range and rounded figures come from the owner. Before you sign anything binding, ask for three years of business tax returns. SBA lenders require three years of business tax returns to finance a buyer, so that is the standard, and an owner who is ready to sell will have them.
No. YourBizWorth is not a broker, appraiser, or law firm. Owners pay a flat monthly fee to list here, and nobody takes a commission on the sale. The owner and the buyer make the deal, and each side should use a licensed attorney for the closing papers.
