For buyers
Buy the business you already know how to run, straight from its owner.
Listings come from the owners themselves. You get verified once, sign one confidentiality agreement, and then you talk to the owner directly. No broker, no commission on your side either.
Listed by the owner
A blind listing with the numbers that matter up front.
The area, the asking price, the sales, what is included and what the owner will finance. No business name until you are verified, which is why owners are willing to list at all.
Verified once, in about ten minutes
One question per screen. You see how far along you are the whole way.
Nine short questions about your license, your experience and how you would pay. Your license is checked against the state record, your photo ID is confirmed, and you sign the confidentiality agreement online. If we already have an answer from your inquiry, it is filled in for you.
Step 3 of 9
Your experience
How long have you held your license?
Then the details unlock
The name, the full financials, and a call with the owner.
The moment you sign, the owner sees who you are and you get the business details. From there the two of you make the deal. We never take a piece of it.
You are verified.
The owner can see your name and contact details now, and the full business details are on their way to your inbox.

The payment math, done
Can the business pay for itself? Every listing answers that.
Most Main Street sales use seller financing or an SBA loan. Each listing shows what the owner will finance, what the monthly payment looks like at different down payments, and what is left each month after it.
| Down payment | Financed by the owner | Monthly payment |
|---|---|---|
| $10,000 (10%) | $85,000 | $1,720 |
| $19,000 (20%) | $76,000 | $1,540 |
| $29,000 (30%) | $66,000 | $1,340 |
Worked example at 8% interest over 5 years, a common shape for a seller-financed note. The owner and buyer set the real rate and term.

Straight answers
Why don't the listings show the business name?
So the staff, the clients, and the landlord don't hear the business is for sale before a deal is real. Every listing here is blind: the area, rounded numbers, and what is included. You get the name, the full financials, and a call with the owner after you sign a short confidentiality agreement.
What happens after I ask about a listing?
A real person reads every inquiry. If your answers fit what the owner is looking for, we send you the confidentiality agreement within one business day. Once it is signed, you get the details and talk with the owner directly. If it is not a fit yet, we tell you that too.
Are the numbers on a listing verified?
The price range and rounded figures come from the owner. Before you sign anything binding, ask for three years of business tax returns. SBA lenders require three years of business tax returns to finance a buyer, so that is the standard, and an owner who is ready to sell will have them.
Can I buy a business with a small down payment?
Often, yes. Most small business sales use seller financing or an SBA loan. With seller financing you pay part of the price up front and the rest in monthly payments to the owner, out of what the business earns. Each listing shows the down payment its owner will take.
Is YourBizWorth the broker on these sales?
No. YourBizWorth is not a broker, appraiser, or law firm. Owners pay a flat monthly fee to list here, and nobody takes a commission on the sale. The owner and the buyer make the deal, and each side should use a licensed attorney for the closing papers.
