A person reviews them and builds your package: a price report, a buyer pitch, payment math, an NDA draft, and a negotiation playbook. The free calculator gives a rough range and is for information only.
YourBizWorth is not a business broker, not a licensed appraiser, and not a law firm. We do not represent you in a sale, we do not give legal advice, and our reports are not certified appraisals. We prepare analysis and drafts. A licensed attorney handles your closing documents, typically one flat fee at the end, often payable from the sale money. We tell you exactly where that handoff happens.
We cannot promise your business will sell, or that it will sell at any particular price. Our numbers are supported by your documents, but a sale depends on buyers, timing, and the market.
Full refund any time before fulfillment begins. Fulfillment begins when a person starts reviewing your uploaded documents. After delivery, if the numbers in your package don't hold up against your documents, we fix them or refund you.
Send us real documents. Our work is only as good as the records you provide, and a package built on incomplete or altered records is worthless to you and your buyer.
